Credit Card Payments

iCartridge.com.au uses SecurePay which provides the highest quality secure payment gateway. SecurePay is a recognised e-commerce service provider that authorises payments for many online retailers.  SecurePay uses the financial industry's Secure Socket Layer (SSL) standards with 128-bit encryption.  This means your personal details such as credit card numbers are encrypted (coded) for enhanced security. Your credit card number is NOT stored by us nor by SecurePay.

Direct Deposits

If you are unable to pay by Credit Card the next best option is our direct deposit facility. This facility enables you to deposit payment directly into our iCartridge.com.au bank account using our fully secured web site. Our bank account details are located below and they are also provided to you after you finalise your order. Please ensure you quote your order number in the ‘message’ box when you are transferring your payment. 

Once you have transferred the funds please inform us by sending an e-mail to accounts@icartridge.com.au . Attach a copy of the official bank confirmation (with the official bank header) to your email and indicate your order number in the subject line of your email.  Alternatively, you can fax us the payment confirmation on (07) 3041 6122. We will process your order as soon as payment is received into our bank account. This usually occurs on the same day if you use the Commonwealth Bank or up to 3 days with other banks.
