Deliveries are mostly made where a signature to verify the delivery can be obtained. We hope you understand that this is necessary to protect the goods you have ordered and to verify to us that you have received them. Alternatively, you can tick the ‘Authority to Leave’ (ATL) box on the delivery instructions page. In this case you can leave a note for the courier to leave your consignment when you are not there and you will then assume responsibility for the consignment - only available for orders under $250.
The best address is where someone is available to sign for the consignment between 7am and 6pm weekdays, or a business address which is open during normal business hours. A PO Box address is permissable in some instances (small orders under 3kg). Usually if delivery cannot be made, the courier company will leave notification for you of the attempted delivery. In these circumstances you will be responsible for any additional delivery fees incurred or you may be required to pick your consignment up from the courier's local depot, so please make sure someone is available to sign.

Faulty Products: To return a faulty product we must first give you a 'Return Authorisation (RA) number' and an authorised address to accompany your return. This RA number is valid for 14 days. When returning the faulty cartridges, the RA number must be clearly marked on the returned goods packaging (above the address panel). The following conditions must also be met when returning faulty product: - Please ensure you have performed the recommended printer cleaning procedures before returning any goods to us. This will ensure that it is the cartridge at fault and not your printer.
- Please advise us of the fault within 90 days of the invoice date.
- Laser and Copier cartridges require a printed page to be returned with the faulty cartridge before the manufacturer will accept the fault.
- Returned faulty cartridges must be at least 75% full.
- Credit for cartridges that have been refilled or tampered with in any way will be rejected.
- Returned cartridges must be sealed and secured to ensure they do not leak or get lost in transit.
- Upon their return, the cartridges will be tested and we will contact you to advise you of the outcome.
- Freight charges and insurance costs must be paid by the customer. Please ensure you gain proof of delivery for goods returned to us.
Incorrectly Ordered Goods:
- Please contact us if you are not sure if the cartridge you have ordered is the correct one for your printer. Often cartridges are compatible with several different brands of printer.
- if you order a Labeller that is marked as being on back order, you will not be able to return it if you subsequently change your mind.
- We will generally credit you for incorrectly ordered goods (less a 10% restocking fee) within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Credit will only be given to unopened goods in "as new" condition.
- Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned in their original, undamaged product box otherwise credit will not be given. To preserve the original box please package your incorrectly ordered goods into a new outer box.
- It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges and insurance to return your goods.
- When you return your incorrectly ordered goods please ensure you request proof of delivery
