I have had 2 very bad experiences with 2 other online stores. I've been trying to buy this Canon printer that does double sided printing since May. Both other companies sent me the cheaper non-duplex model while charging me for the duplex model, and refused to refund me my money (still fighting them for my money back). When I rang your customer service your staff was very helpful, she even went to the warehouse to check the availability of the printer for me before confirming that it was out of stock, then she ensured me that she will order one in for me. It took about a week to receive the printer, it was faster than I thought. Unfortunately I did not get her name but thanks to her I will definitely buy from you again. Thank you.
