Order received promptly and in excellent condition as always. I gave four stars rather than five, because the cartridge casing was softer than usual causing the ink to run out whilst holding firmly to remove protective strip from cartridge nozzle.
I would recommend this company.

The courier did not leave a card. I used the tracking system to find that the parcel had been delivered to a neighboring newsagency /post office 6 days earlier.

Great company to deal with. Delivery is quicker than with any other company I have dealt with in the past. I couldn't believe it... If I Had bought the same from Officeworks it would have been 30% dearer and not only that - The goods arrived next day. (If I had to rely on Australia Post - which I was a former employee - it would have been delivered 7 days later. Very pleased !!!
